CEDAR Systems 215-A.CP
The CEDAR Systems 215A is modeled after the historic and original Exkell machine that was granted a patent on November 11, 1975.
* Primary Sewing Head is Kansai Special DLR-1508 (Max 3,500 SPM). Other sewing heads may be adapted.
* Machine can be built for Center Pleat (Placket) or Front Hem.
* Machine can be used with or without lining. Please specify when ordering.
* Independently controlled Sewing Head speed and Conveyor speed (Efka DC Drives)
* Complete with Thread Sensors, Cut-Apart (for lining or thread) and Saddle style stacker.
* Sewing Head slide-out for easy maintenance.
* Pre-programmed with Maintenance Functions.
* Level-Locking Casters for easy mobility and stability.
* 50 LED light.
* Easy to clean and maintain for years of service.
- Specific notes were received via phone calls from the inventor and designer of the Original Exkell Center Pleat Machine. Mr. Farney was kind enough to give me his blessing and part of his knowledge to lead me in the right direction so I could successfully re-invent his original machine that he patented in November of 1975. What an awesome gentleman and inventor.

205 Binder
There are a few different styles of the 205 binder. It can be mounted on a swingout, flat bed, or a slide plate. Available for Lock Stitch or Chain Stitch machines as well as Single Needle or Double Needle machines. Also available as a Moving Binder Series to help achieve better quality on inside and outside curves.
A Binding Reel is available along with special Gauge Sets to suit specific operations.

The 252 Binder is often referred to as a "C Type" binder. Produced for binding that is coming from a roll. Can be mounted to a front slide plate or on a swingout. Available in various configurations.
